SUBJECT: ESTIMATE FOR REMOVING UP ROOTING NARKI/ KUNDER

AND WEED GROWTH OF GOBIND GARH TRY DRAIN FROM
RD 0+000 TO 25+000

Please refer to your letter mentioned above regarding the subjected

matter, kindly find enclosed herewith an estimate for the above cited work amounting
to Rs.1.721 Million for favor of sanction with the following remarks:
2. That the subjected work was awarded to Excavator Division Faisalabad
from RD 0+000 to 25+000 in Fiscal Year 2018-19 amounting to Rs. 1.1176 Million. But
unfortunately it was never completed and remained disputed even after the lapse of
around 3 years.
3. A lot of correspondences were made and the matter was also highlighted
at administrative department level. A meeting for joint examination of disputed works
being executed under ADP and M&R vide this office letter No. 484/29-AJ dated 16-03-
2022 but no one from Machinery side attended the meeting.
4. Now in order to address the handicapness and to cater for the
grievances of the affected inhabitants this estimate is framed based on the current
condition.
5. It is further added that in order to make it more transparent it is requested
to preferably get it checked 100 % from the Third Party Consultants to avoid any
untoward situation at later stage.
