For the consolidation of the Health Connect, Refresh and MWI, initiatives into the DMD Project. This included project develop ment, budget tracking and budget management for the multiple initiatives. Health Connect included both wired and wireless initiatives from planning to go-live i ncluding infrastructure. Coordination with local, regional and national managers for application packaging of departmental specific applications. Coord ination and notification for deployment and conversion to the departments for b oth new workstations and existing workstations to a new Windows 2000 operating system with department specific applications and the conversion from a Outlook E-mail client to a Lotus Notes E-Mail client. Conversions were done by engineers during the evenings with post implementation support the following morning.
