SESIÓN 05 EDICIÓN DE TABLA DE ATRIBUTOS, EXCEL , Y HIPERVÍNCULO

APRENDIZAJE ESPERADO Aprender a editar la tabla de atributos, la interoperabilidad N°05

con Ms Excel, y creación de hipervínculos.

1. CONTENIDO
1.1. TABLA DE ATRIBUTOS (Attribute Table): Tabla que recopila los atributos asignados a la
entidad (feature). Se compone de campos (fields), distribuidas en columnas y filas.
1.2. FIELD CALCULATOR: Incorpora valores alfanuméricos a campos de los polígonos
seleccionados.
1.3. JOIN & RELATES: Incorpora datos de una tabla de MS Excel a la tabla de atributos de ArcMAP.

PROCEDURE ANNOTATIONS
 SHOTCUTS: Ctrl+T / Ctrl+Double Right-Click on the layer /
Right-Click on layer > Open Attribute Table
 MULTIPLE TABLES OF ATTRIBUTES: Las tablas de atributos
pueden ser organizados en la interfaz del ArcMAP------- > Use
“Región_Perú.shp”, “Centro_PobladoMO.shp” y
“categorias.xlsx”
o Freeze & unfrezze column:
o Visualization of selected polygons in table of
attributes:
o Move field in attribute table:
o Add fields (max. 10 characters):
 SORT
1. Ordenar alfabeticamente: Press MAYUS+Double Click
cobre el nombre del campo (field).
2. Advanced table Sorting: Press Ctrl+MAYUS+S, en la table
de atributos

 INSERCIÓN DE VALORES CON FIELD CALCULATOR:

1. “Centro_PobladoMO.shp”, add a field “UTM”
2. Editing Mode:
o Click on the field
o Insert any value: one field by one field
3. No Editing Mode:
o Rigth-click on any field from table of attributes
o FIELD CALCULATOR
i. To insert string or texts, use: “ texto” or “-->”
ii. To insert number(Sh/lngInteger, Float, or
Double), use: 1234567890
o Insert values by operating fields:
i. Fields type number: ([FIELD]+[FIELD]+12)/1.5
ii. Fields type string: [UTM]&[ESTE]&“String”
iii. Number and String : “WGS84 18S” & “ ,” & [ID]

 EDICIÓN TABLA DE ATRIBUTOS: “Centro_PobladoMO.shp”

1. No editing mode
2. Table Options/Add Field
3. Crear un campo: (“CLASS_Z”, tipo text).
4. Aplicar los criterios de “categorias.xls”, (abrir en Excel):
a. BAJO
b. MEDIO
c. ALTO
d. MUY ALTO
5. Use FIND&REPLACE to check result (Ctrl+F)
 CALCULO DE GEOMETRÍA: use Región_Perú.shp
1. Editing mode activated
2. Crear ÁREA or PERÍMETRO
3. Click on the Field/Calculate Geometry
4. Select Properties and Units to set precision

 IMPORTAR EXCEL TABLE (*.XLS) A TABLE DE ATRIBUTOS:

1. Usar “Región_Perú.shp”
2. Formato a los archivos *.xls
a. Los valores en las celdas:
i. Número de caracteres.
ii. Misma ortografía
iii. Mayúscula y minúscula
iv. No celdas combinadas
v. Las fila deben empezar desde la la fila 1
b. Los valores de los fields:
i. No espacios simple entre caracteres, usar
_ (underline)
ii. No sólo números, sino acompañados por
texto: FIELD_04
3. From Attribute Table / Join and Relates / JOIN
4. Usar “MIGRACION.xls”
5. Turn Fields off unnecessary ones.
6. Right-Click on the layer / Data / EXPORT DATA (se guarda
los cambios de la attribute table).
 VINCULAR SHP A SHP/DBF:
1. Usar “REGION_LICENCIA.shp”
a. Las consideraciones previas de importar Excel
Table
b. Only works for *.shp y *.dbf, not Excel Table
2. From Attribute Table / Join and Relates / RELATES
3. Usar “CREDITOS.xls”

 EXPORTAR VALORES DE TABLE DE ATRIBUTOS

1. “REGION_LICENCIA.shp”
2. Make sure to import properly all the fields type number
as type number.
3. GRAPHICS Attributes:
a. Bars
b. Histograms

c. Scatter
d. Others.

4. EXPORTS… (Options from Attribute table)

a. Choose all the rows to export or not.
b. Export them as a dBASE Table or Text File.
5. Right-Click on any string Field/STATISTICS
6. Select fields and rows, COPY SELECTED
7. Right-Click on any numeric Field/SUMMARIZE
a. “Centro_PobladoMO.shp”(editado con field
“CLASS_Z”)
b. Selecciona el campo CLASS_Z" (valores únicos)
c. Escoger valores a extrae, field “Z”
i. Min
ii. Max
d. Save as type: dBASE Table
e. “Centro_PobladoMO_T01.dbf”

 ELIMINAR CAMPOS (FIELDS), COLUMNAS-FILAS:

1. No Editing Mode
2. From Arc Toolbox/Data management Tool/Field/Delete
Field
3. From table de atributos: Click derecho sobre el campo /
Delete Field
4. HIDE FIELDS (COLUMNAS): Ctrl + Left Double click
5. Editing Mode
6. From tabla de atributos
7. Seleccionar la FILA de atributos / Delete Selected

 VINCULACIÓN CAMPOS CON LINKS (HIPERENLACE)

3. Use “Productores_Ran.shp”
4. Add Field: “HIPERVIN” (Type: Text & Lenght: 150)
5. Copiar la ruta de la foto desde el explorador de
Windows.
6. Start Editing activated
7. Colocar en el field “HIPERVIN” la ruta copiada y adicionar
la nombre y extensión de la foto: “foto1.jpg”,
“foto2.jpg”, “foto3.jpg”
8. En las propiedades del layer: Display/Active Hyperlinks,
y check el segmento “Hyperlink” y escoger el field que
corresponda a las fotos.
9. El PDF/WORD/foto/video y/o link se abre en el
programa por defecto de estos documentos.
10. Save as *MPK, at additional Files, add the photos folder
(incluirá las fotos en el paquete).
