adequate performance among groups are questionable, the presented methods

 using online sources and journal articles.

How Team Building work: As the information presented online is the most
effective and accurate, the main issue was that there were no statistics to support
findings. Besides, there was no adequate information provided regarding online
presence when seeking to build effective teams within an organization.

How Team Building could Benefit us: Although, it is recommendable to use

various team-building sites, which conforms to the identified objective statement
to ensure high performance. Among team builders, it is essential to have an
additional module on the maintenance of teams that should be included. Since
