Salary Module for Full Training Freshers

Salary Start Date After Six Month From Training Joining Date 5000.00 Minimum

If Candidate perform well then we will give him incentive as follows:

1) If he is giving us a Sheet of Rs. 30,000 then there is no incentive.

2) If he is giving us a sheet of Rs. > 30,000.00 10% incentive is applicable.
3) If he is giving us a sheet of Rs.>= 51,000 15% incentive is applicable from 51000-80000.
4) If he is giving us a sheet of Rs.>=81000 20% incentive is applicable from 81000-120000.00.
5) If time of Salary Month>=6 and and sheet >=50,000.00 We can start a Salary Rs.7500
6) If he is not perform then we can give him a notice for 1 month.
7) We will give a bond to all candidates, for 2 years time period Minimum.
8) We will start salary after a practical and theory test.
9) Candidate should be NISM Certified.
10) If candidate wants his own job then we will give him terminal after a Deposit of
Rs.25000.00 Minimum and NISM Certificate.
11) Security should be increased monthly with due permission of client.

Salary Module for Cash Experts

1) A minimum Salary of Rs. 10000.00 p.m. will be given to selected candidates.

2) Bond will be given to all candidates with minimum 3 Years Time Period.
3) If Candidate will give us upper mentioned sheet , we will give him all benefit like
freshers group.
4) We will give them prior direction in the starting period only(Few Days Only).
5) If Candidate has his own NISM Certificate then we will give him priority.
6) We will deduct Rs.1000.00 Monthly from those candidates whose not have their own
NISM.
7) If Candidate wants to leave the Company in any emergency case, we will enquire the
matter if wrong reason found we will not permit.
8) The Increment of salary should be predefined in the Bond.
PRACTICAL TRAINING FOR FRESHERS

1) In the Starting of Practical we will start From MCX EXCHANGE.

2) Ist 2 Days we will give them practical notes of all commands.
3) Next 2 Working Days we will give them authority to trade only in dollar 1 contract
buying and then selling on nse and mcx exchange.
4) Keyboard practice is on from the ist day of Theory class also.
5) Next 2 working day we can start trading for only Two dollar contract in a time.
6) Consecutively we can go upto 50 contract of dollar at a time.
7) After that we will take a final test before joining the candidate.
8) In the time of training the Company should bear the profit or loss on the terminal of
training.
9) On training period after 1 Month from the start of practical training one expert
Dealer will be there on either exchange.
10) We can use Salaried staff for practical training.
11) We will make pairs(One for NSE and One for MCX).
12) One should be practicised on MCX other should be on NEAT CD.
