As the principal founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates is one of the most influential and
richest people on the planet. Bill Gates is married to Melinda French (married in
1992). They have three children Jennifer (1996), Rory (1999) and Phoebe (2002).

estimated Gates and his wife Melinda have given away $28 billion via their
charitable foundation – including $8 billion to improve global health. Gates has said
that he has no use for money, and will only leave a small percentage of his wealth to
his children. His main areas of interest in philanthropy have been improving health,
and in particularly helping to reduce diseases, such as polio which affect young
children. He has also given more focus to environmental issues. In 2015, he gave $1
billion to a clean energy project, as he sees supporting new ‘greener’ technologies as
a way to help deal with global warming.

Machu Picchu is a famous symbol of the Incan Empire history. Machu Picchu
is a city built with the polished stone. The main building is Intihuatana, the Temple of the
Sun, and Room of the Three Windows, which are called the Sacred District. Machu
Picchu means Old Mountain. The city stands about 3 thousands meters above sea-level,
among the high mountains. Machu Picchu consists of about 200 buildings that have
polygonal walls with Inca period characteristics. This 50-ton (or more) building is built
with thoroughness so that a thin blade can not penetrate its walls. Machu Picchu is
divided into three areas: agriculture, urban, and religion with structures arranged in such
a way that the building functions in accordance with the form of environment.
The building area is occupied by farmers and teachers, children, and priests.
The most important religious area is situated on a hilltop, with views of the fertile
Urubamba valley. One unique thing about Machu Picchu is its landscape architecture.
Stone formations are used in the construction of structures, sculptures, reservoirs, and
temples that hang on steep cliffs. The roof shape of houses made of straw and trapezoidal
doors and windows are also unusual.

Last week I went to the theatre. It was the only theatre at my town. I had 1 free
ticket to watch a movie. I had no idea about the movie I would like to watch and I
did not know the schedule of that theatre. So that, I just wanted to come and see if
there was any good movie.
I parked my motorcycle at the parking area and I walked slowly at the hall of
the theatre. I took my ticket on my wallet and go to the information section to ask
about how to use the ticket that day. Unfortunately, I missed it. The ticket was
already expired 2 days before.
I went home and I was very disappointed about that. Maybe it could be a
lesson for me, not to be rushed and more thorough in everything.

Nowadays cooking is no longer a complicated things. Especially when it
comes to cooking rice, there is an electronic device designed specially for this. We
know this device as Rice Cooker, Magic Jar or Magic Com. The following steps will
show you how to operate a Rice Cooker properly.
1. Wash the cooking pot and make sure the inner side is clean.
2. Measure the rice by using the measurement cup and put the rice into the cooking
pot. Make sure to give space for the rice, water and the expansion.
3. Rinse the rice so that we can remove the pesticides that may be present.
4. Add some water into the cooking pot, usually we need to see the water is 1cm
above the rice surface.
5. Soak the rice for about 30 minnutes in order to make the cooked rice stickier.
6. Put the cooking pot along with the rice and water into the Rice Cooker.
7. Close the Rice Cooker lid and then plug the cable into the electricity socket.
8. Start the Rice Cooker by pressing the Cooking/Timer Button.
9. Wait until the cooking process is over.
10. Open the lid and the rice is ready to be served.

Beauty and The Beast

Once upon a time, an Enchantress turned a handsome prince into a terrible
beast when she discovered his selfishness. She left behind an enchanted rose. If
the prince did not find true love before the last rose petal fell, he would remain a
beast forever. In a village nearby, Belle lived with her father. More than anything,
Belle wanted an adventure like those she read about in her beloved books. But,
there is a man, Gaston wanted to marry Belle, but she refused. Belle thought he
was a beastly bore, and Gaston didn't understand why she was always reading.
"It's not right for a woman to read," he said. Belle's father, Maurice, was an
inventor. His latest invention was an automatic woodchopper, which he was
taking to a contest at the county fair. "You'll win first prize!" Belle declared. On
his way to the fair, Maurice got lost in the woods. A pack of wolves chased him to
the gates of a nearby castle. Not sure what he would find inside, Maurice entered
the castle grounds cautiously.
Maurice could never have imagined the hideous beast that confronted him.
Thinking Maurice had come to stare at him, the Beast was furious. Without
mercy, he locked this unwanted visitor in the dungeon. When her father's horse
came home alone, Belle went in search of her father and found him locked up.
Belle begged the Beast for Maurice's freedom. "Take me instead," she offered.
The Beast agreed, making her promise to stay in the castle forever! On her first
night, Belle met the castle servants. The spell cast by the Enchantress had turned

 them into enchanted objects. They were funny, friendly, and treated Belle like a
special guest.
At dinnertime, Belle refused the Beast's invitation to join him, which made
him roar with frustration. He was anxious to end the spell - and felt Belle was a
sign of hope. Mrs. Potts, the teapot and Lumiere, the candelabrum told him to be
patient and, above all, kind. Later that night, Belle came upon the magic rose the
Enchantress had left behind. As Belle reached out to touch it, the Beast appeared
and grabbed the precious rose. "Get out!" he yelled. Belle fled the castle on her
horse but was attacked by the same wolves that had chased her father. Risking his
life, the Beast saved Belle. In the days that followed, Belle began to see the
goodness in the Beast.
One evening, the Beast again invited Belle to dinner. This time she
accepted. After dinner, the Beast asked Belle to dance. As they whirled around the
ballroom, the Beast realized he was in love with Belle. Because of his love, the
Beast let Belle return home to see her father. When Gaston heard her speak fondly
of the Beast, he grew jealous and stormed the castle. Gaston stabbed the Beast and
then was accidentally knocked off the roof. Belle pulled the Beast to safety.
"Please don't leave me," she sobbed. "I love you." As she spoke, the last rose petal
fell. Then a shower of sparks filled the air. The Beast began to transform into a
handsome prince! The enchanted objects were filled with joy as they too turned
back into humans and watched their prince and Belle fall in love.

A volcano is a mountain that opens downward to a pool of molten rock
below the surface of the earth. When pressure builds up, eruptions occur. There are

 more than 500 active volcanoes in the world. More than half of these volcanoes are
part of the “Ring of Fire,” a region that encircles the Pacific Ocean.
An erupting volcano can trigger tsunamis, flash floods, earthquakes,

ash flows, mudslides, avalanches, falling ash and floods. Fresh volcanic ash, made

cloud of ash during an eruption, and is created by the friction of the ash rushing to

 the frog held his birthday party. He invited all his friends, including landy. But he
decided not to come. He didn’t want to mess up the party. “I’ll come with you landy.
I’ll tell everyone that you’re harmless.” Said the turtle, finally landy attended the

Suddenly someone screamed, “help…help…! The evil wolf is coming.
Save yourself!” then, everyone saved their lives, except the turtle and landy. The
turtle pulled his head and his leg into his shell. And landy rolled his body into a ball.
Unintentionally, the evil wolf touched landy. Of course, the spikes pricked him. He
screamed. “ouch!” since his foot was bleeding, he didn’t chase landy’s friend any
longer. Then, he ran away. “horray… horray…! Long live landy! He saved our
lives.” Said the rabbit and her friends. They thanked him from then on. Landy
wasn’t lonely anymore.
