DISCUSSION PROPER:
1. Elections
a. Next week (April 11, Monday) announcement at Facebook group
regarding the nominations for the next set of officers.
b. There will be 2 teams; one will manage the announcements, google form
and tallying of votes, and the other team will head Miting de Avance.
c. A narrative report of Elections must be prepared by May 9.
d. Timeline of Election
▪ April 18-20 – Open for nominations
▪ April 21 – Nominations tallying
▪ April 22 - Results of nomination, posting of nominees.
▪ April 24 - Miting de Avance
▪ April 25-27 – Election proper
▪ April 28 – Tallying of votes
▪ April 29 – Announcement of new set of officers
e. Board members will have a limit of 4 board member per year.
f. Regarding the announcement of winners, pubmats will contain the details
about the new set of officers such as, name, year, picture, etc.
 g. Monitoring sheet must be prepared to check the names of students who
have already voted.
