Sir /Madam,

Sub:-Smt. Laxmi W/O Eshawar , Office Subordinate , present Working in

CHENETA Bhavan , Hyderabad –she has been misusing her husband
employment and salary and many times attempeted murder on her husband
to avail the employment – certain complaints received – kindly request for
action on her –Request - Regards

Ref:- received complaint in grievence cell dated. 03.03.2021

In pursuance of the reference cited above the the certain allegations / Complaints has received
on on Smt. Laxmi W/O Eshwar , Presently working as Office Subordinate , Cheneta Bhavan ,
Hyderabad on place of her husband on medical .

 Smt.Laxmi who is working on behalf of her husband where he has been paralyzed
to bed not in working condition.
 We the association got complaints on her as follows
1. She has been misusing her husband salary where she has not even spending a
single penny on his medical care where he has been paralyzed since last 7
years .
 2. The original position of employment is belongs to Mr.Eshwar but due to on
medical grounds he has given unwillingness and behalf of his position her
wife has been doing his job
3. Mr. Eshwar has two daughters and one son , all are minor and the complaint is
that her mother totally neglected them and not spending money to them from
his salary where she has been receiving from the government .
4. The children almost dropout from schools due to negligence and not giving
proper food to them
5. She has been totally ignored her husband and not providing basic medication
and food to him even he has been getting enough salary from the government.
6. Our association also noticed that she has been maintaining illegal extra
marital affairs and spending all the salary to the external activities like liquor,
outside enjoyment , not coming home properly etc.
7. Actually Mr.Eshawar could have get recovered from his medical condition but
due to her negligence he been paralyzed till date.
8. Our association also got complaints that she has tried to murder her husband to
convert the present job into permanent basis but due to neighbors involvement
she failed in those attempts.

Our Association already got inquired into those complaints and it is proved correct hence it is requesting
the concern authorities to look into this issue and make sure to reach benefits to the beneficiaries. It is
also request you get clear enquiry on this issue to welfare of Govt. Employee Mr.Eshwar , Office
Subordinate , Dept. Of Handloom and Textiles, Telangana Government and his children who need to
get their fathers employment benefits .

Kindly it requesting the HOD, Dept. Of Handloom and Textiles, Telangana Government to remove her
from services and make sure to get equal benefits to his children where her wife totally failed to doing
so.
