Skills and qualification should a teacher have

Teachers must be concerned in the responsibility and professionality because

they also known as agent of change. Indeed, what they taught to students must be in
accordance with the state’s expectation: to produce gold generation in the future. To
accomplish that hope teachers must have skills that ensure an understanding for the
materials that they taught. There are several skills that teacher need.
 Communication
A huge part of teaching is transfering the material appropriately. It might be verbal,
written or any demonstration.
 Patience
Students learn at all diferent rates. If we have to explain something seven time in
seven different ways, that is part of being teacher. Moreover, if student dont
understand about the material, be patient. Find another way and evaluate.
 Creativity
People learn best when they doing something fun and interesting. We can combine
the material with music, games and movies. Make it fun.
 Dedication
Teaching can be tough at times. If teachers dedicated for helping their students
succeed, they must be able to keep up the energy levels and avoid getting
discouraged.

Besides skills, a teacher has a qualification that must be fulfilled, such:

 Strong communicators
Many EFL students feeling afraid of their first year. Based on their previous
experience learning english language is dificult. They have to adjust their tongue with
the word that strange for them. So, teacher must be communicate well and make
student enjoy.
  Adaptable
Effective teachers need to be able work in several environments and they should
adjust their teaching method, approach, curriculum changes and resources
proffesionaly.
 Empathy
Something easy for a student may not be easy for someone else. Everyone learns
differently, wheter by writing, listening, reading or speaking. And a good teacher
must me consider that all students are in the same treatments.
