1. What will the world look like in 2121?

Predicting the future is a science fiction category back in the day, but right now the future can be
imagined much clearer and more defined because the world is shifting progressively towards
improving the human quality life. Technology will be the main priority to improve in the future.
AI and robots going to have a bigger role for humanity to help them in works and daily life. AI
going to get smarter with more complex algorithm to do better and more complex jobs. For
example the AI and robots will producing items automatically in the factory with higher
efficiency than humans could do, after that an automatic supply chain that based on AI will
deliver the item and an automatic warehouse will processed the item to the units. Things will be
faster, more efficient while reducing the possibility of human error.

Eco based technology will also rise more than ever. The world constantly worrying the future of
greenhouse gas would affecting the earth and also burning fossil fuel could increase the CO gas
and demanding more. The green movement right now is affecting the whole world and it is a
very clear goal they wish to achieve. Electric based vehicle is now a trend and keeping better
mileage every year. In the future, the vehicle will go through a modification to self-charging or
harnessing the power of O2 and Sun to go. The future is going to be a technology based and
people are expected to be able to operate programs and computer more than ever.

2. What characteristic of leader in the future?

a. Adapting and embracing the change.
The leader should be able not just defending against the vast array of future but also
adapting and embracing the change. She/he should be able to change the course of his/her
company towards the market to increase the company adaptability and survivability,
b. High Understanding of technology
The leader should be able to operate highly technological equipment and software to know
how the company works and make it more efficient.
c. Clear Vision
Outstanding leaders should have a strong sense of mission and purpose, which gives them a
clear compass to guide them now and in the future. They must keep themselves and others
focused on the things that bring them closer to realizing this vision.
d. Integrity
Great leaders in the future are committed to doing the right thing for the right reason in all
situations. People should know that in the future, Integrity are getting more rare and
expensive to have.
e. Plan Ahead of times.
A leader that could plan far ahead the course of the company and create more revenue is
preferable.
