3 whole Eggs, 50grams of Oats with 300ml Milk and 40 grams of


Breakfast
walnuts / almonds

Mid Morning Any 1 Low-Glycemic Fruit and a cup of green tea

Lunch 150grams of Fish with 2 Multigrain rotis

Dinner 150grams of Chicken with a bowl of Mixed Veggies

Tips though the day :


➢ Drink plenty water, keep your self hydrated
➢ If you have a desk job make sure to move around and stretch your body
in periodic intervals
