Leads Plan

1. Daily leads divide into equal parts among all assigned sales rep.
2. I will take update of leads twice a week from sales team through official email id.
3. I will update every week report of leads through google sheet with my assigned
managers.
4. Suppose any Sales Representative does not work proper on my leads/does not send
mail in proper way then. I will send notification mail of sales Team.
5. Send weekly reports and monthly reports on the bases of engagements, convert
account and sales.
6. In-case, assigned sales rep. doesn’t work on the lead for 3 months then that need to
be transferred to other sales rep.
7. In-case, lead generator himself doesn’t take regular follow up then after 3 months
that generated lead will permanently transferred to other sales rep.
8. In-case any lead generated by marketing team and the same lead has already been
generated by other sales rep. but that sales rep doesn’t work on that lead for 3
months then it is allowed to transfer ownership of the leas to marketing team.
