Job Description:
● Manage a team of 5 Case Managers who works on H-1B applications and PERM process.
● Review 6-8 H-1B cases on daily basis before sending the application to USCIS.
● Monitor and maintain a record of the H-1B applications filed on daily basis and audit the legal
expiry/validity of H-1B of the employees.
● Experience in drafting and filing of H1B Work Permit Cases including Change of Status, Change
 of Location/Client (Amendment), Extensions and Change of Employer (Transfer).
● Reviewing and Drafting of Request for Evidence (RFE) responses for H1B applications
including the cover letter.
● Draft H1B CAP applications during annual CAP season including Change of Status from F1 to
H1B for both OPT/CPT candidates.
● Understanding of Documentation and processing requirement for different kind of Visas.
● Serve a point-of-contact between employees, the Immigration Team and legal counsel.
Communicate with and assist stakeholders in relation to Immigration processes.

● Ensure all Immigration data is accurately maintained and meets the Compliance requirements.

● Track and Manage timelines and internal application processes for all immigration cases.
● Track and monitor critical dates associated with filing deadlines with status/employment
authorization expiration dates.
● Escalate immigration issues and provide suggestions when the process takes an unexpected turn.
● Conduct LCA Audits on Quarterly basis.
● Routine Case Monitoring with the Attorney and send follow-ups on all pending applications.
● Guide employees through all processes and keep them updated on the progress of the
application.
