This is to endorse unto your good office to please kindly assist or help the Complainant
MR. BOYET C. ALLAUIGAN, resident of Purok 1, Pilitan, Tumauini, Isabela, against
MRS. SOL D. QUITOLA, (respondent), resident of Purok 1, Pilitan Tumauini, Isabela, to
resolve their problem about the right of way.

Whereas; the said road is include in the parcel of land of the owner.

Whereas; the owner of the said parcel of land Mr. Victor T. Dumaua, the brother of the
respondent, is not grant the request of the complainant.

Whereas; the complainant request to the owner to give way from the boundary of the
road to Muslim Cemetery.

Whereas; the said road is along the north of the parcel of land, but the owner of the parcel
of land relocate the said road from north to south.
