Our heartfelt gratitude for the invaluable support your good office is always extending as we implement our
Programs and Projects for the children, families and communities we are serving in the Municipality of Sta. Rita.
We are honored to be partnering with you.

Area Program Samar will be conducting a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Orientation to
community members and local partners in our seven (7) community partners in Sta. Rita, Samar. This activity
aims to 1) promote gender equality and social inclusion to address existing disparities and gaps on access to
resources, services, information, opportunities and decision making among men and women, 2) capacitate them
in identifying and addressing the social, cultural and spiritual root causes of child vulnerability, and 3)
demonstrate increase in gender equitable attitudes of trained members of community groups/partners.

This activity will be held on March 2,16 & 17, 2022 from 10:30 to 4:30 PM. The venue will be in DRRM
Building Function Room on March 2, 2022 while for March 16 and 17 will be communicated once it will be
finalized. With that, we would like to invite the following as our resource person for this learning event:

2. Mr. Edgar O. Padaon – District GAD Coordinator
3. Ms. Daisy S. Regaza – Administrative Assistance II Sta. Rita I District

The learning activity will be conducted in three (3) batches and each will be participated by 50-60 individuals.

safety and protection of all participating this learning activity.
