1-. The Federation of SSG Teacher-Advisers through the Youth Formation Section of the School
Governance and Operations Division will hold conference of all SSG Teacher-Advisers by sub congressional
d istricts,

2. Participants of this conference are all SSG teacher-advisers in the sub congressional districts. Division
Federated Teacher-Adviser Officers with the Division Youth Formation Coordinators are encourage to visit
each host/ venue for monitoring and consultation.

3. lncluded in the agenda of this conference but shall not be limited to the following:

. Cascade the agreements made during the Federaticn of SSG Teacher-Advisers'

conference conducted last March 24, ZA22 at SDO Conference Hall, Tagbilaran City;
o Share best practices of programs, projects and activities of each school's SSG to
make 5-minute video to be presented during the next Division Federation Conference;
r Discuss challenges encountered in SSG and make plan of action like programs, projects and activities
in each sub congressional districts for the betterment cf teacher-advisers for the common good of
student leaders;
r Other matters {depends on the needs of the organization of each subcong)

4. Focal persons in each sub congressional districts, SSG Adviser of the host schoolldistrict with the
school principal/school heads and PSDS/Acting PSDS shal! ccordinate for the venue and some preparation
activities prior to the said conference.

6. Distrlct Federated SSG teacher-advisers shall check for updates in the group chat of 2022 Federated
SSG Teacher-Advisers of Bohol Division. Creation of group chats per sub congressional districts is highly
encourage to discuss some other related matters for the smocth conduct of the activity.

7. Focal persons shall preside the meeting. Secretary and other needed rale maybe appointed by the
body- Minutes of the proceedings shall be submitted. Heolth and safety protacals shull be observed und
followed in the duration of the conlerence.

8. Daily travel expenses, per diem, and other incidental expenses incurred by the participants, YFDs, and
Division Federation SSG Teacher-Adviser o#icers shall be charged against schooi MOOE/ local funds subject to
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulaticns.

9. This memorandum serves as travel order.
