Organisational culture is a complex structure, it comprises of the various assumptions, values, beliefs, norms, rituals, language, etc that people in an organization share, it might have been created from some obstacle and challenges faced, or might be an intentional creation by the employees and management working in that organization. Organisation culture starts from the recruitment stage, as the recruiter will not only judge the candidate’s qualification but also check if he/she fits in the culture of the organization. Culture of an organization can predominantly floor the performance of employees. The major purpose of this is to study the current culture of the organization through primary and secondary research, by doing surveys, making questionnaire and attending some rituals or ceremonies personally and suggest some innovative techniques and methods to enhance it to motivate employees.
Minor Topic- Competency Based Training
Even though Competency-Based Training (CBT) is a concept that has been around for decades, it has only recently gained mainstream attention for both its effectiveness and ability to create competitive advantage through human talent. Previously training was mainly provided to be more competitive but now training is provided to employees for excellence. Competency based training focuses on developing one skillset instead of focusing on all of them at the same time, which gives an edge over others in that skillset. The main focus of this report will be to understand the training program which is currently practiced, by attending some of them, or through collection of data through primary and secondary research and taking feedback from the employees who attended those training session and suggesting some changes while bringing some innovation according to the feedbacks and research.
