AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, SHERRY MAE PALMES ABORDE, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with
address at 318 Barangay West Rembo, Makati City under oath, states, that:

On August 3, 2021, while I was securing a certification of no pending

case, I was informed that a case for Robbery with Violence Against or
Intimidation of Persons was filed against a certain Sherry Mae Aborde.

Upon verification, I came to know that the case is pending before Branch
21 of the Regional Trial Court with Criminal Case No. 4982-22 and the
address of the said person is Phase 4 Carmen J Ledesma, Jaro, Iloilo City.

I am NOT the person subject of the above criminal case. To prove the
same, attached is my Authenticated Birth Certificate (Annex “A”) and my picture
(Annex “B”).
This is to prove that the picture attached and made part of the records of the
above criminal case is not me.

Also, I have never been a resident of Iloilo City as I am a bonafide

resident of West Rembo, Makati City.

I was never involved in any robbery incident during my entire stay

in Iloilo City.

I attest the truthfulness of the foregoing statements in order to clear my

name.
