Complaint Galapagos Tour


Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a Package Tour we booked through your company.

I am sorry to say that the Galapagos tour (booking reference T12345) did not live up to
my expectation and did not reflect the description on your Facebook page.

In consonance with your website, the tour was supposed to provide "all included".
Unfortunately, this was not the case and it left us and the other case guests feeling
extremely dissatisfied.

When I first boarder the airplane and went to coffee zone, there was an extremely
expensive price for everything. When we complained to the tour manager, we were
told that there had been a problem with the company which arrange the tour, and so
he couldn't help us. Hoping to make the best of things, we headed to the buffet, which
was advertised as "an Italian spaghetti". When we got there, to our great
disappointment, we found just fast food. To add insult or injury, on the third day of the
tour, we discovered that my laptop, kept in the room safe, were somehow stolen out
of that safe. When we informed an officer of the hotel about it, I received apologies
and excuses, but nothing more.

I feel strongly that the description of your on-board facilities on your Facebook page
should be changed, as it is totally inaccurate and misleading. I was extremely
disappointed by the experiences I had on the airplane, and under the circumstances I
believe that I am owed an apology. and that we should receive some form of
compensation.

I look forward to hearing your views on this matter.
