Company overview: ANDRESPIZZA is a restaurant dedicated to the elaboration


and commercialization of delicious pizzas with different characteristics each one
with headquarters in the municipality of San Antonio de Palmito, that will make the
client think of ANDRESPIZZA to go and delight at the moment of eating pizza.

Project purpose: The purpose of this project is to let people know that not all
pizzas are the same in taste, that with ANDRESPIZZA they will find what they
cannot find in other pizzerias in terms of the taste of the pizza they want.

Project summary: Taking into account that the purpose of ANDRESPIZZA is that
people see the restaurant as a healthy way to eat pizza, and always have the
restaurant as their first choice.

For this project the following phases will be taken into account:

-Television commercial where people are made to see the way the pizzas are
prepared and the reasons why ANDRESPIZZA should be the first choice when
eating pizza, where testimonials of people who have already visited the restaurant
are shown.

-Advertising through the social networks with daily publications advertising the
restaurant giving that window to customers to know and delight with
ANDRESPIZZA's pizzas.
Goals and objectives:

-Increase sales by 30% through a strategic marketing plan that will allow Andres
Pizza to increase the number of sales by December 2022.

-To position the ANDRES PIZZA brand, and achieve 40% recognition in the
municipal capital and 20% in the rest of the municipality.

-To distribute pizzas in a timely manner at the point of sale and at home.

-To build customer loyalty so that in the first year we achieve that they recommend
us as their best option in the municipality.

Target audience:

The target public of the restaurant ANDRESPIZZA are the inhabitants of the
municipality San Antonio de Palmito that according to the survey that was made to
the inhabitants of the municipality 3670 people consume pizza frequently which
makes them our target public.

Marketing strategy: The marketing strategy for ANDRESPIZZA is to enhance our


presence first in the municipality of San Antonio de Palmito with the voice to voice,
through continuous publication in social networks, with the testimony of people and
their recommendation to others about the restaurant.

Deliverables: The project requires the following deliverables:

• 5 daily posts on each social network every day


• 6 unique videos with commercials each week
• 1 two-minute video clip on ANDRESPIZZA's official website
Mandatory content: Documents in this project must include:

-ANDRESPIZZA logotype and trademark.


-Safety signs in the restaurant
-Description of the types of food used and menus in the restaurant.

Project Timeline:
The project schedule includes four phases. Phase 1 is May 1. Phase 2 deadline is
June 30. Phase 3 deadline is July 30. And phase 4 is August 30.

Budget: The budget for this project is $20,000, which includes:


-$5,000 social media branding
-$10,000 ads, ad campaigns, flyers, and posters.
-$4000 staff involved in the campaigns
-$1000 location suitability if necessary.
