WHAT DOES HAARP DO TO US?

After years of research from so many various and different sources, here is my own conclusion and findings ( no need to
present the supporting evidence here): HAARP is the tower we see all around us disguising as “communication tower
only” but in reality it is covertly serving as laser beam to perform the following:

1. DROUGHT-MAKER AND STARVER OF THE PEOPLE. When it is aimed at clouds, result: clouds melt, hence, no rain –
hence, drought, crop failure, no food, starvation, poverty;

They can create a year-long drought or El Nino by simply directing their tower plates towards the sky of the areas they
hate like the flashlight-like instrument we now commonly use to prevent the clouds from raining during a night’s village
party or celebration… this is our local counterpart of HAARP!

2. CLOUD DISPLACER. When it is aimed at the Earth’s air currents (called Jet stream or Earth’s wind routes) which serves
as route of the clouds’ regular trips around the globe, for rain distribution, the wind or air is changed, or hampered and
you see the clouds scattering like when you blow a huge amount of air from your mouth to a smoke. In short, the natural
and regular route of the clouds and timing of the rains is effectively changed or hampered or destroyed. Result: no more
regular rains, El Nino, or in some areas where the clouds are pushed and collected by the same laser beams, it would be
extreme rains - El Nina – floods! In both cases, no or less rain and too much rain, farming will fail.

3. CREATOR OF WILDFIRES. When it is aimed at thick forest layer of autumn leaves at summer time, result: wild forest
fires!

4. CREATOR OF SUPER-STORM if it is used to shoot the eye of the storm, result: from signal 2, it will shoot up to signal 5
or higher like Hurricane Katrina (USA) and Supertyphoon Haiyan (Yolanda) (Philippines); If it is in the Atlantic side, they
call it hurricane turned super-hurricane; if it is in the Pacific side, it is called typhoon turned super-typhoon;

5. CREATOR OF KILLER VOLCANOES. If it is aimed to volcanoes, result: severe volcanic eruptions.

6. CREATOR OF EARTHQUAKES. If it is aimed at certain areas, especially with existing fault, result: strong earth quakes. In
the case of Bohol quake 2013, there is no quake fault in Loon town, but still the impact of the quake was severe,
knocking down the centuries-old stone church and many houses. The formula was: time bombs placed under the town’s
center which sits on an aquifer (water cave) + HAARP beams from the outside. Two pressures: bomb from the bottom
and HAARP from the upper. Result: very strong earth quake.

Beaming its radiation at 30 hertz, HAARP can induce earthquakes.

7. GLACIER MELTER. It can be also used to heat up underground volcano which will result to the melting of the giant
ocean icebergs!

8. CROP DESTROYER. If it is aimed directly at crops, result: burned!

9. HELPS CREATE AND ESCALATE CANCERS. If it is located in community center, its ELF (extremely low frequency), usually
20 hertz, which is far far below the frequency of our body and cells, will cause our cells to gradually wither and die or
become vulnerable to attack by free radicals/ oxidants/ chemicals. Result: the rate of tumors and cancers around the
HAARP tower (they call it celfone wifi tower) is higher than those communities far from the tower. The cancer-creating
frequency is 20 hertz.

10. CAN BE USED TO BURN HOMES. It can be also used to shoot directly areas to cause a fire, like that recent one in
California where selected homes or areas which the owners of HAARP didn’t like, were specially burned while the homes
of those who are not vocal against the HAARP owners were spared and left untouched.

11. To humans, its ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) of 30 and 20 hertz can cause the cells and body’s organs to wither or
shrink. Life has its own vibrations, such as 432 hertz, 528 hertz, etc. Below these vibration of life, especially if it is ELF,
means the cells will “sleep” - read: die – like when you do not water the plants. It will first cause cancer, sclerosis and it
can cause cardio-vascular diseases as its radiation can thicken the blood and cause multiple sclerosis, heart attack or
stroke.

Those whose homes are within the vicinity of cell phone towers are suffering these diseases more than those who are
far from these towers.

Two major groups of illnesses, namely: (1) cardio-vascular diseases (CVDs) where heart attack and stroke are its most
killers and (2) the cancer group (over 100 types) are to a very large extent no longer be single-caused by fats and
oxidants… a hidden major contributor is the HAARP’s radiation which is toxic to the cells, hence, cancer, in one hand,
and on the other hand, causes the blood to dry up or thicken, thus, preventing the flow and supply of oxygen, causing
instant death, hence, heart attack if it is the heart that first runs out of oxygen, and stroke if it is the brain that first runs
out of oxygen.

Other group of illnesses also among the 10 leading killer diseases in this last era, is the air-related or respiratory-related
diseases… which is also associated to the drying of the blood and hampering of oxygen supply by the HAARP radiation.

12. CREATES TYPE 1 COVID, THE ASYMPTOMATIC TYPE. No-symptom covid is mainly created by HAARP radiation as
previously explained above. It is no longer labelled as CVDs… but now It is called covid in the form of heart attack, stroke
and other pulmonary/ respiratory illness. All of them, or virtually all of them are now caused by either blood
thickened/dried up and loss of oxygen caused by HAARP (CVDs) or cell burned by HAARP (cancer).
13. WILL CREATE COVID VERSION 2, THE WORSE ONE. There is one coming, let’s call it covid 20 and is reported to be
worse than covid 19.

Why and how worse? Because, it is said to be very painful… it will sting like a bee or scorpion and give you no rest.

I can explain why…

This new type, we call covid 20, is no longer solely due to HAARP radiation… something malicious is being added to the
equation, namely: the so-called crowned nanorobot, hence, coronanorobot, the agent, not the virus...this agent caused
our cells to turn into virus.

as remove the weak feature of our DNA as well as do evil, such as what they are dong to produce covid, namely: they
could add toxic metal such as aluminum/ mercury/ lead to make alteration, e.g., make it electrically super-charged,
hence, more responsive to receive radiation from their laser gun aka 5G wifi tower… these edited chromosome 8 which
looks like a ball with spikes or round sea urchin, is re-introduced to our body, it is marked by our immune soldiers,
hence, (1) first thing to happen will be, our immune system armies will eat it, and since it looks like our chromosome 8,
our immune armies will mistake our chromosome 8 which is in every DNA-cell as enemy, therefore, our own immune
soldiers will eat our DNA-cell, hence, self-consumption, our body eating itself, it is called auto-immune diseases,
example of this is cancer, gangrene, TB, diabetes, etc.; and (2) the second thing to happen is this… will be this: this
nanorobot is dead as it is now more on electronic device, a tiny robot, but turns “on” when it lands on a cell because of
the electricity of the cell, and as it begins to get activated, begins to receive the fire from the 5G cell tower aka HAARP
laser gun.

Again, what is the bullet of this laser gun aka cell tower aka 5G wifi tower?
Answer: bad electricity.. toxic electricity aka radiation…

Where will the 5G wifi tower get this radiation?

Answer: It is the ultra-violet rays (UVRs) from the sun?

Question: Are not killer UVRs filtered by the ozone layer and converted to life-friendly Gamma rays?

Answer: Yes in places protected by the ozone layer, but in places such as the USA where the ozone layer has been
displaced by the CFC smoke of fossil fuel, the ozone layer is now as large as the USA, shaped like the USA, the UVRs is
entering the atmosphere and are fast accumulating above the USA in their sky… we, especially the Americans are
temporarily kept safe and protected from these killer UVRs by being temporarily shielded by the metallic sprays their
planes are spraying 40,000 flights a day (they call it chemtrails).. but the UVRs are accumulating inside this USA-size hole
in the ozone layer, this hole is getting filled with the sun’s deadly ultra-violet rays (UVRs)… this hole becoming like a cup
after the chemtrails are sprayed forming as the flooring of this hope/cup… and when its weight becomes unbearable,
alas when this giant cup spills over its deadly fire onto the Earth! It will be like a massive tsunami or torrents of rain but
this time, it will not be water but fire! Ultra-violet rays!

HAARP as 5G WiFi towers is set at a very high frequency of 60,000 gigahertz.

Why so Extremely High Frequency (EHF)? And why specifically at 60,000 gigahertz… what is significant with this
frequency?

The oxygen vibrates so fast and guess what, at 60,000 gigahertz!

So, it is in this frequency that HAARP’s frequency emission (alisngaw) can catch up and capture oxygen… to attenuate
it ... meaning: cripple it, weaken it .,, knock it down!

So, once the newly installed hundreds of thousands of 5G wifi towers are activated (as of this date, April 13, 2022),
worldwide, oxygen will become scarce and weak… hence, no longer able to give life to the human body.
That is the first incident: oxygen weakening.

The second incident is: the same HAARP heat will at the same time thicken or dry up the blood, hence, these blood clots
(the name of the illness is thrombosis) will prevent oxygen from being delivered to all organs especially to the heart,
hence, heart attack, and to the brain, hence, stroke!

Attenuated by the HAARP deadly heat (frequency) and also slowed down or worse, blocked by drying blood… the body

tower aka laser gun then, fully loaded, shoots (!) to every human being more especially to those who are vaccinated

receivers-boosters… so more than the unvaccinated, these vaxxed people receive… even sip… radiation-UVR from the
towers… hence, hastening the drying up of their blood or blood clotting, hence, their pain described to be like being
bitten by a thousand bees or scorpions and their death by oxygen deficiency aka heart attack or stroke will be more
likely than the unvaccinated ones whose bodies repel the radiation bombarded onto them and whose bodies do not

hand, I can assure you that for an active economy, this is a NORMAL Business Cycle. (Expansion-
Peak-Contraction-Trough) In order to address the high inflation rate, the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas
(BSP) must take a course of action to follow its policy mandate on targeting inflation that is to keep
inflation at low/manageable levels. To do this, the BSP must implement some restrictive monetary
policies such as:

1. To increase the interest rate. (happening right now) This move is one way of lessening liquidity in
the economy. With high interest rate, this could siphon back the money circulating in the financial
system. With high interest rate, it will be expensive to acquire money (loans) from financial institution.
A businessman or a company will have to think twice before availing a business loan for it will be
costly. A business expansion will have to be postponed to a later date when the rates are already
tolerable on their balance sheet. I read a news article last week that there is another round of increase
on interest rate by 50bps points. With my basic knowledge on Macroeconomics, I would understand
why BSP is implementing this adjustment… and there should be NO cause for whining and doing
potshots towards the government. It will be just an exercise in futility.

2. If inflation rate will continue to rise in the coming months, BSP will have to increase the Reserve
Requirements of Banks. Although early this year Gov. Espenilla trimmed down bank’s reserved
requirement from 19% to 18% in order to cushion the effect of TRAIN law. Increasing it back to 19%
could address the medium term financial market reform agenda. This course of action could also
somewhat decrease the circulation of money in the economy.

3. BSP will have to sell government securities (GS) to the Bank thru Open Market Operation (OMO).
This is termed in the bank as Reversed Repurchase (RRP) which has also a contraction effect on the
liquidity of the financial system. Looking at our historical inflation rate and comparing it at 6.4% at
current rate, I would still consider it a tolerable scale. We don't have to magnify the issue. This is just a
minor turbulence in a flight to reach to our destination. To become one of the big economies in Asia.
