This admission offer is subject to your complying with all our admission eligibility criteria. If it is found at
a later stage, the information furnished by you in your application is incorrect and/or that you are not
meeting our eligibility criteria for admission, your admission to the Institute will be cancelled forthwith. In
such a case, no refund of fees will be made to you.

If you accept our admission offer for the programme mentioned in the letter, kindly send your confirmation
of acceptance by return email at least fifteen days before the date of first installment. Otherwise it will be
treated that you are not interested for the programme, and next eligible candidate will be offered for
admission.

Please remit the fee, according to the schedule mentioned below: Candidates interested for Bank Loan
can use the letter “Annexure – C”.

MODE OF PAYMENT

All payments can be made through our online payment system. The students will have to bear
some additional charges while paying through the online mode.

Important:

 Once your payment for the 1st installment is through, please ensure to update your details in
the Academic Information System (AIS) under the segment “My CV” and upload all your
educational and work experience certificates under the tab “Upload Certificates”.

 During the one year programme you have to visit the XLRI Campus once for the Campus
Component.

PGCSLP batch 2: Session Timing:

Saturday Sunday
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM 3.30 PM – 6.30 PM

Online inauguration of the programme and class schedule will be communicated through the
AIS notice board.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

A candidate who has joined the programme can’t take break during the Term-I of the programme.
All the deadlines will be strictly adhered to and no exceptions will be entertained.

All matters of dispute in this regard will be subjected to the legal jurisdiction of Jamshedpur only.

Should it be deemed necessary in the interest of the students, and /or of the Institute and/or of the
profession, the Institute reserves the right to change any information and regulation pertaining to
the calendar, curricular and fees as described at the time of admission, at any point of time without
prior notice. Candidates those who are in extensive travel due to their official or personal
commitments are advised not to take admission in this programme.

*The payment you make for the Programme is non – refundable.
