After watching the questionnaire I had to answer, I realized that caring about myself is somewhere

lower than it should be. This means that because of the times we live in, or the way we have come
to think, we have forgotten about ourselves. At least for me we have. I don't get regular health
checks which is not good at all. And going to the gym again is pretty bad. But I can improve on these
two aspects by realising that health comes first and a health check is always welcome for our health.
So the first step is to make an appointment with the doctor for an assessment. Going to the gym is a
bit harder :) because in the area where I live, far from the city, there are no gyms. But I intend to
walk more in nature or try to do sports at home. This way I can improve my physical and mental
condition.
