Republic of the Philippines Department of Education REGION IX, ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA, SCHOOLS DIVISION OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR March 22, 2022 DIVISION MEMORANDUM No, _/00, s. 2022 DM-SGOD-PR-02-03-22-2022 TO: Assistant Schools Division Superintendents CID and SGOD Division Chiefs Education Program Supervisors/Division Coordinators Public Schools District Supervisors Secondary School Heads Elementary School Heads Others Concerned This Division SUBJECT: _ EARLY REGISTRATION FOR SY 2022-2023 1 This is to remind all school officials on the conduct of Early Registration for SY 2022-2023 on March 25, 2022 to April 30, 2022 as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 3, 8. 2018 entitled Basic Education Enrollment Policy dated 26 January 2018, The Early Registration aims to achieve the following: a. ensure all new registrants for Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 7 and Grade 11 learners are registered b. locate, identify and register OSC and OSY in the community Incoming Grades 2-6, Grades 8-10 and Grade 12 are considered pre-registered The new entrants are Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 7, and Grade 11 shall be registered. The Schools Division Office and the schools shall conduct the Information Dissemination and Advocacy Campaign to raise public awareness of early registration, The schools shall undertake activities such as: house-to-house ‘campaigns; post materials such as tarpaulins, banners, brochures; post on social media (Facebook, Instagram) secure radio/television broadcast and advertisement.
