They put a lot of emphasis on finding people with the right skills and competencies for their

organizations. It also depends on the profession you choose to work in, as there are certain

skills and knowledge required for a specific job.

c. What are the skills candidates should have?

In general, employers are looking for someone who is competent in a particular role and has

the right personality and behaviors essential to a successful job. They want candidates to be

effective, to show that they can adapt quickly, solve problems and motivate people, but also

have leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.

d. What will you do if you want to get a job?

I would follow the instructions step by step to get the position, and I would make sure I was

the person they need.
