about how to find what's inside of people to help them understand themselves
better. Just like exercising our muscles, this book helps us train our brains,
trains us to control our emotions, helps us to stay calm and relaxed in all
situations, and most of all it help us feel better about life. But the journey to
read it is very difficult, I think we need patience to go through this textbook.
