To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure to write this letter on behalf of Ramiro Granados for any college or
career scholarship. As Ramiro’s FFA advisor, I have watched Ramro grow into a well rounded
and motivated individual. In any task that comes before him, Ramiro becomes extremely focused
and highly competitive. Ramiro’s success is his drive to be the best in everything that he does,
allowing his accomplishments to speak for themselves. Ramiro has been a very active member of
the Merced El Capitan FFA chapter, as well as being active in the great culture of the school.

Ramiro is quite the perfectionist and until he gets the results he is seeking, he will continue to
chip at any task at hand. In our Government class he always asked questions and followed
through at every task. Every assignment was done on time and he was a great worker in class.
