It is with great pleasure that I write this letter recommending Ramiro Granados for a position within your
company. He possesses a high work ethic and while often shy at first, he has demonstrated tenacity in his
commitment to obtaining his education.

I have had the great pleasure to know Mr. Granados for three years. We first met when he was a student in
my English class at Sequoia High School. Ramiro often chose to complete work independently as he is a
self-starter, it cannot go without saying that he works well with others as demonstrated in his ability to
collaborate with peers and his participation in both soccer and boxing during high school.

His dedication to obtaining a career in agriculture is at the forefront of his goals, however, he is also hoping
to embed his love of mechanics into his plan as well. It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend
