Questions & Guidance

1. Every person has a creative side, and it can be expressed in many ways:
problem solving, original and innovative thinking, and artistically, to name a
few.

Answers: 1. Creative means for people who have the thoughts in their mind
of making something of their own through their imagination. 2. My creative
skill would be making music and practicing my guitar. It's important to me
because of how much I enhance my creativity and enjoy music,it inspires me
alot. It inspires me alot to make music and to use my thoughts on knowing to
make music based on what genre I enjoy. 3. Ive been able to have patience
and understanding of what to do and keep learning to play on the guitar. 4.my
creativity to fix the problem is to have the patience and understanding what's
the problem. 4. The steps are to be calm,understand the problem and have the
patience to control the issue. If not then it'll go bad and the situation will be
complicated. Theother part is to be communicative even though it doesn't
relate to my creativity but communication is key to all things so everyone can
be calm and talk it out. 5. It influences the patience I have for myself. It helps
a lot because of how much I practice with myself and to learn patience and to
understand myself that I need to focus and have patience and learn to have
patience and patience for others. 6. My creativity relates to my future career
because it's best to have patience in doing my future career and that I know I
can do it and do my career that I've been wanting to do in my life. I myself
can understand that it'll be alot for me to know about my career and knowing
that it's gonna take a lot of time and effort.

2. What would you say is your greatest talent or skill? How have you
developed and demonstrated that talent over time?

Answer: 1. I have two talents/skills, I know how to multitask and

communicate very well with others. As well, I'm artistic. I've use to be
antisocial and not wanting to talk to others in my surroundings but when i
first had my job and i knew people who worked there,it helped me a little to
be socialize and once i got into the whole building and talk to customers,it
helped me to communicate with my co workers and customers to
communicate. About multitasking, I've been doing that since I started to work
at my job and do 3 to 4 different kinds of things at once. I enjoy multitasking
because it helps to get the job done faster and not only that it helps a lot when
it comes to my social skills. A good talent of mine involves playing a musical
instrument which is a guitar. I have picked up playing the guitar on April 12
2021. From now it is a full year and I find this as a skill because instruments
or even learning are hard skills to master. A good skill of mine and talent is
art. I had picked up art by drawing what was in my mind around my years of
elementary school and since then my art skills have developed maturely to
where I now sketch out and draw all kinds of artistic pieces like portraits
from the 80’s and cars.

3. Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have

positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes or contributed to group
efforts over time.

Answer: 1. I've accomplished to lead my coworkers and for them to know

what to do and they would succeed at their job and knowing what to do and
also to lead my best friend and talk things and to support when needed. 2.
I’ve led a team with two people at work and taught them things like how I
was taught by my coworkers and I led them to success. They put in the hard
work as I do and to hustle it through and to get the job done. 3. The people
who I lead went from not knowing what to do at work and no experience to
they finally know experience and knowing what to do and have perfect
communications. And I'm proud that I've done a good job and so have them
for growing into their position. Of how I grew they grew the same thing as I
do and it goes for everyone in my work place 4. I resolve to help out my
church to give tithes and to keep the building going and have our church open
and have people to know the word from the pastor and to be preached to.
Other people in the sanctuary would help others to preach the word outside of
the church so others could know about God and go to church to know the
word of God. 5. My family would take care of themselves but they would
appreciate it if I'm helping them out around the house and to do things for
them. They would appreciate things I've done for them.
