As per the Company’s Laptop Allocation Policy you are being issued with a Laptop as per details
mentioned hereunder:

You agree that the laptop is in good working condition and has no physical damage.

1. The Laptop shall remain the property of GlobalLogic at all times.

2. You shall remain fully responsible for the above Laptop while it lies in your custody.

3. GlobalLogic expects you to be cautious and responsible in handling your laptop (please
seehttps://confluence.globallogic.com/display/ITECH/Policy+-+Asset+Management)for
guidelines and suggestions).

4. All GlobalLogic issued Assets shall be returned in perfect condition. In the event of the laptop
being physically damaged as a result of reckless handling and/or improper usage, the cost
incurred by the company towards the repair shall be borne by you. Such damage should be
brought to the attention of the IT department as soon as possible.

5. In case of loss/theft of the laptop, if it is determined by GlobalLogic that you did not take
reasonable precautions to avoid the loss, you might be liable to pay the depreciated value of
the laptop

6. You should not un-install software from the Laptop nor install any unlicensed software on it.

7. In case the Laptop is issued to you for on-site travel, it must be returned to the IT department
within five days of your return, unless an exception in approved in writing by IT Department.
