Desktop Support Engineer, 2008 - 2010
In a very large call center, setup naming convention for all workstation locatio
ns (production floor and office spaces) in the building; setup, configured, repa
ired and installed workstations; did telephony and network wiring in the comput
er rooms; installed and trouble-shot workstation and IP telephones; installed a
nd updated software; database administrator for Witness call recording system.
Created relational databases in Clarion and Microsoft Access to track PC locatio
ns, IP address assignments and telephone numbers for internal and Vendor locatio
ns.

Tool Operator II, 2004 - 2007
Operated 15+ tools to check for defects in the various manufacturing processes o
f micro circuitry wafers; cleaned and reported anomalies of the equipment. Crea
ted relational database in Clarion (on my own time) to locate any tool and any t
elephone in the Fab.

Consulted with customers to find out what configuration would work best for thei
r needs. Sold PCs, printers, scanners, peripherals to customers. Stocked shelv

in Clarion (on my own time) to cross reference all printers to their respective
toner and ink cartridges.

Assembled, setup and configured PCs, scanners, plotters and printers on a Novell

n Clarion (on my own time) to track repairs on equipment, as well as workstation
configurations and a master telephone directory. Did paperwork and transported
salvage equipment as needed. Taught classes to users. Received and shipped IT

Helpdesk Facilitator, 1992 - 1996
Handled statewide calls from users for help with software and hardware, as well
as problems associated with the State mainframe computer. Created an on-line te
lephone directory for Health and Welfare in the Clarion database environment on
my own time.
Was responsible for evaluating, installing and creating training materials for a
new helpdesk program (HEAT) and training my co-workers.
