NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers vested under section 11(1) of the University of Sialkot
Act (IX) of 2018, the Competent Authority is pleased to approve long weekend for
faculty and students, commencing from Saturday, February 05 to Monday, February 07,
2022 in compensation of extra duties performed over the period of Final-term and
Midterm Examination.

On Saturday February 05, 2022 no academic activities will be held on-campus or

online. Furthermore, the MS/Ph.D. classes scheduled on Sunday February 06, 2022 will
be held ONLINE.

However, the administrative offices will remain open on Monday, February 07,
2022, with 50% employee attendance.
