RATE YOUR INSTITUTE/CLASSROOM CULTURE

Here, my score is 39 which represents A subjective degree of “mix culture” due to leadership
style which could be a blend of task and relationship orientation
I always try to maintain a good and healthy relationship with my colleagues. We would try to
share each our ideas and opinions in any responsibility given to us by our faculties. I would
try to understand my peer group’s feedback if they have any problem with me.
My instructors are such people who I along with everybody else can count on regarding any
situation. They provide us with good knowledge about the subjects using innovative
techniques which makes the entire classroom interesting to attend. There are times when they
would address us strictly regarding any situation not happening as per their instruction.
However, we understand it is for our good they do it, so that we do not repeat these mistakes
in later life. My instructors are always ready to encourage and help me in any difficult times I
would face during my studies.
I would always to ensure to build a good rapport with not just my teachers but also my
colleagues. However, there are times when there would be disagreements between me and
any of the people in my class. I would take logical feedbacks from my classmates if they have
any problem with me and analyse them to understand if there is any mistake from my or their
end
