Re-Registration for the Academic Year 2020-21 (Odd

Semester)

Dear Student,

Greetings from UPES !

We hope you and your family is staying safe and keeping positive. We know it is a challenging period
and hope you must have received the mail sent by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor updating the steps taken
by University to ensure continuous education. I am happy to share that students are about to be
getting over with their online examinations and assessments.
We are starting the Academic Year 2020-21 for senior student’s w.e.f. 10th August 2020.
As per the University rules all eligible students are required to re-register at the beginning of each
Semester.
As Re-Registration process is online for Non-Graduating Batches, you have to re-register
yourself by login on your students portal account and follow the instructions as mentioned in the
attached document (“SOP – Re registration”). Please make sure that you re-register for the next
semester as per the schedule given in Annexure.
Looking forward to welcoming all students for the forth coming new semester and wishing that all
have a very fruitful academic term.

Since all official communications will be done only through STU mail ID & registered mobile
number, hence attention is required to access your portal & STU mail ID on regular basis for any
notices/information. You are advised to communicate the same to your parents/guardians.
