Business Description

Mr. Potato is a national food company that seeks to continuously improve the products we
sell, operating responsibly to protect the planet and empower people around the world,
running a successful global company that creates long-term value for society and our
shareholders.

Vision

We work to be a reference company in Peru, with projection in the national and international
market, creating models that are recognized, innovative and exportable, supported by the
most optimal technology and quality in the market.

Mission

Offer healthy and quality foods that satisfy consumers, as well as encourage the habit of
consuming snacks in the national and international market, generating value for all
stakeholders.

Philosophy or corporate values

Our values are based on:

- Motivating our staff so that they can grow within the company, seeking innovation and
understanding how our actions affect the present and future of our company.

- Trust in each one of our staffl is a key element for them to feel at ease in their workplace,
helping in the growth of the people and the performance of the company.

- Obtain greater productivity in our product, thus obtaining greater profitability in the
business
- Maintain the fundamental values of the company, not losing the trust of our customers
- Offer 100% the quality of our products, making the difference between other brands
- Reduce octagons in terms of saturated fat, sugar and sodium.
- Design packaging that is recyclable and organic.
