Writing Your Draft of Lit Review


What are the purposes of a literature review?

1. To demonstrate how much you have known about the


topic.
- What have been done/researched?
- What have not been done enough – less researched?
- What have been found?

2. To show that your proposed study needs to be done


- What is the gap in the literature?

Based on your synthesis, answer
these questions for each paragraph:
