Manage, direct, and monitor the transport service and the overall performance
of the transport to improve efficiency and maximise service, performance, and
value.
Manage and maintain contact and communications with internal and external
“client/customers” to achieve, as applicable, best value and satisfaction.
Monitor the transit vehicles and highlights delays and temperature non
compliance to respective vendor.
Prepare transporter score card and share the same with respective
transporters on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Arrange vendor auction through Ariba and mobile based application.
Analyze/monitor transport spend and other financial information in order to
develop plans, policies and budgets.
Handle the internal and external customer complaints.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS.
Be a researcher, read contents of business to understand competition and
report activities.
Be open to work for extended times when required to make sure work is
always completed on time.
Shall make sure he/she and his/her team deliver all KRA’s within target
timelines.
Candidate should be willing to stay within 25-30 Km radius of Mumbai plant.
CTC will be 3 Lakh rupees per month
