NOTICE

As per AHSEC Notification No AHSEC/CoE/Spl.Exl2O2t/0L dtd. 04-08-202L The

AHSEC has decided to hold a Special HS Final Examination 2O2L for those candidates who
are not satisfied with the marks awarded to them according to the formulae recommended
by the alternative method of Evaluation Committee.

ln this connection , the intending candidates of Cotton University are to contact the
undersigned for necessary formalities on or before 10th August zOzL.The intending students
are advised to note the followings :

1) Candidates belongs to all categoriessuch as Regular, Reappearance ,Betterment,

Repeat, Certain subject, Compartmental etc. who had applied online for the
cancelled HS final examination 2O2L with their pursued subject(s) only are eligible to
appear in the special examination in the same subject(s). Alteration of subject(s) will
not be allowed in the special HS examination 2021.
2l The marks secured as per formulae recommended by the Alternative Method of
Evaluation Committee and the mark sheet obtained accordingly will become
cancelled. The original mark sheet must be submitted to the Centre-in-charge of
Examination Centre before online application forthe special examination.
3) The marks in the practical subject(s) will remain same as in the previous mark sheet
since there will be no practical examination separately held in the Special
Examination.
4) The intending candidates are to submit the mark sheet of HS final Examination2O2L
at the time of online application for HS special Examinatio n 202L.
5) The programme of the examination will be issued in due time.
