    Kiana Vren Jermia completed a partograph for patient Lerma, G4P2. Lerma was admitted at 1pm with watery vaginal discharge and her cervix was 3cm dilated. At 5pm her cervix had dilated to 4cm. By 9pm the cervix was 6cm dilated. An examination at 1am showed the cervix was fully dilated at 8cm and meconium-stained fluid was present. Vital signs remained stable throughout labor and a fetal heart rate of 140bpm was recorded at 1am.

    Case: Lerma, G4P2 was admitted at 1pm due to watery vaginal discharge. The cervix was 3cm,
    cephalic, intact BOW.BP-120/80,PR-80/min,T-36.5.

    At 5pm, contractions were moderate, 3 in 10 min. IE showed cervix 4cm dilated, Vital signs
    remained the same.

    At 9 pm, your IE showed 6cm dilated cervix, At 1 am, another IE done showed 8cm dilated cervix,
    meconium-stained fluid. BP-110/70,PR-92/min,T-37.5,FHT-140/min
