Designation and Compensation: The position we are offering you is that of Asst.
Manager at a monthly salary of INR 30,000 per month with an annual cost to company
INR 3,60,000. This position reports to [Supervisor Title], [Supervisor Name].

Your monthly salary (Cost-To-Company - CTC) will be -

i) as per the details given in the attached Annexure I.

ii) This salary is paid monthly.
iii) This amount is the total Cost-to-Company that will be allocated among base
salary, allowances, bonus, medical and employer provident fund contribution.

The position we are offering you is that of Asst. Manager at a monthly salary of INR
30,000 per month with an annual cost to company INR 3,60,000.

Your working hours will be from 9AM to 6PM, starting Monday to Saturday.  

You will be employed at our office in [Location (Example - Kharar, Punjab)], India.

Benefits: As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in the
Company's standard employee benefit package. Like all employees, you will also be
eligible for vacation benefits per company's vacation policy.

During the tenure of your service with the Company, you are prohibited from undertaking
any other employment whether on a full or pan-time basis and from engaging in any trade
or business or contract or avocation or honorary work anywhere, without the prior
permission of the Company. Contravention of this condition will result in termination of
your services with the Company without any notice.
