A: Nice to meet you. Let's start with the following question: What kind of worker do you
consider yourself to be?

B: I'm a perfectionist, I can do everything I set out to do, I don't like to leave things half done
and I'm willing to do whatever the company asks me to do for their sake.

C: In my case, I consider myself a proactive person, responsible, efficient, ambitious to keep

learning and improving in my area of work.

A: Very interesting characteristics, gentlemen. Now, why are you looking for this job?

B: Because it is the field in which I specialize and because of the reputation of the company, so
I would like to join it to help in its growth.

C: I am looking for this job mainly because of the reputation and good reviews the company
has in the country.

A: I am proud to hear that about the company. What can you offer this company?

B: I have a background in marketing. I have worked in companies like Alicorp. My last job was
in the company "Grupo Gloria".

C: I have an excellent ability with numbers, plus I have developed great work experiences and I
can innovate in the position I handle to perfection,

A: In this job you have to know a lot about innovation and how to improve the company. What
makes you different from other candidates?

B: In my case, I have a lot of experience in the area of the position applied for and I can help
the company.

C: Wherever I am placed, I know I will give my best, and I have the characteristic of being a
disciplined person.
