HUWEIMAR: Hi, how was your day.

LEONARDO: Hi very well, thank you.

HUWEIMAR: I want you to tell me, taking into account the ISO 9001 of 2015, what

process will the quality system have in the company with the manufacture of liquid

fertilizers

LEONARDO: we have implemented the quality management system to comply

with the safety and health standards at work in the company in the area of

packaging and stowage

HUWEIMAR: excellent, in my future plans it is also to form my own company, the

information you give me will be valuable

LEONARDO: Of course, in me you will find support, and it would be a good start to

implement the management system in your company as a process

HUWEIMAR: what is a management process? and how are you implementing it?

LEONARDO: A Management process is a set of activities that interact with the

objective of

transform elements that come in and go out for customer satisfaction. And that's it

have implemented it in various standards that must be fully complied with in the

company and in the area I told you about.

HUWEIMAR: why are you installing it in the packaging area?

LEONARDO: because perhaps the most important part begins in this work area,

because the product must comply with the standards, for example the ideal weight

and good labeling and covering

HUWEIMAR: sounds very inerrant

LEONARDO: that order of ideas complying with quality standards, the safety of our

employees, that is why they must wear a helmet, mask, gloves, safety boots and

anti-noise suit

HUWEIMAR: It is important to apply these things responsibly
