Madam:

I would like to bring to your attention that I have been with Habay
Elementary School for more than 10 years now. Through the years, I have
been assigned to different grade levels and have been, in my self-
assessment, an effective educator.
For the past three school years, I have been assigned to teach grade 6
learners and handled subjects such as Technology and Livelihood
Education, Mathematics, among others.
With due respect, I would like to formally request that I be transferred to
teaching grade 5 learners. I found that there may be a need to increase the
number of teachers assigned in the aforementioned grade level due to the
influx of learners this coming school year.

I believe that I would be effective and a valuable asset to the school in

teaching these learners as I have been previously assigned to teach them
and I have a very good working relationship with the teachers in this grade
level.
