Mr. Gomez,

This serves as formal demand for the payment of outstanding balance of both
loans as evidenced by your promissory notes executed on January 22, 2018 and
March 12, 2019 respectively and to inform you that the outstanding obligation
has already accrued amounting to THREE-MILLION ONE-HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (P3,100,000).

Unless you contact me immediately to discuss how your outstanding balance will
be paid, we will be forced to pursue legal action to recover the debt which may
leave you liable to pay attorney’s fees, filing costs. Please note this letter may be
presented in court as evidence of your failure to pay.

Prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated.
