to ELECTRIC VEHICLES” on 20th to 24th April at SCIENCE CITY , J.B.S HALDANE AVENUE , KOLKATA -700046 ,WEST BENGAL .The All
12thExpo’s were great success. The catalyst events witnessed more than 50,000 visitors and 500+ exhibitors. The EvExpo is an
international event which has been the host to participants and visitors from all over the world.
We at ALTIUS believe in making extraordinary events possible and being the change agent in a system of which we are a part. We
are working with a vision of making this Expo a grand event, it is one of the most important as well as respected Expo in the
international area which is known for its exciting and learning events.
The Aim and Mission of EVEXPO EASTis to connect all the stakeholders of electric vehicle industry and to bring all the concerned on
a common platform. EVEXPOEAST is committed to make it easy for the industry to network, grow and sustain in today’s
competitive world. Through EVEXPO EAST we all are there to spread the message of green environment.
We are looking for partners for this mega event. With an expected footfall of more than 20,000 people at SCIENCE CITY , J.B.S
HALDANE AVENUE , KOLKATA -700046 ,WEST BENGAL. The event will present a tremendous opportunity to promote, advertise
and sell your products and services. For this event as we are contracting around 200 exhibitor’s from pan India.

No Discount Applicable on Partnership 2022.



Important Points
1. Payment Terms:
30 % along with booking
40 % before15thMarch 2022
30 % before 10th April 2022.
Discount of 2% will be applicable if 100% payment is made before 15 th March. 2022.
2. Booking amount once received will not be refunded.
EVEXPO EAST-2022 Partnership
Proposal
Taxes extra as applicable.
Payment will be accepted in the form of cheque/draft drawn in favor of ‘ALTIUS Auto7Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’,
payable at Delhi.
Note: All the taxes will be as per the govt. rules, at present 18%GST ).
These are the facilities which we give to the Companies who all are taking Octonorm/shell Space in our Ev Expo.
