▪ No additional charge on return. Only the attempt delivery charge will be applicable for any order which is returned.
▪ For Partial delivery cases, 50% of delivery charge will apply to cover inbound cost, in addition to the delivery charge.
▪ Pickup of deliverable packages & drop-off of returned products would be done from/to partner’s single location.
▪ Delivery SLA: Inside Dhaka within 1 to 2 days, Outside Dhaka 3 to 5 days (district HQ), 5 to 7 days (outside district HQ).
▪ VAT & Tax are included in the prices mentioned above.
▪ Dhaka Metro City demarcation is referred to as Dhaka in above proposition.
