customer experience challenges. She enjoys structuring best-in-class servicing systems and teams to deliver scale
value-driving ideas to clients at lightning speed.

Besides her role as Director-Operations, Weber Shandwick, Kavita is Co-Chair India, IPG Women’s Leadership
Network. She is National President-PR & Digital Marketing Council, Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce and
Industry. Kavita is an Independent Director on the Board of Finlabs India, a new-age fintech company.

McDonald’s, ICICI-USAID (ORS Campaign), Unilever (Domex, Lifebuoy), Emirates Airline, Marriott Hotels, Wartsila,

Kavita is faculty at institutes like XIC, Symbiosis, MET, EMDI, ISDI-WPP School. She is Jury for industry awards-
PRMoment 3030 (2018 to 2021), EMDI Sparklers (2018 - 2020), Social Samosa Superwomen 2021.

A finance post graduate, Kavita is a certified Independent Director, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Kavita
topped her batch in Strategic Management, IIM Calcutta. She is a Post Graduate in Finance and has done an
Advanced Program in Digital Marketing, IAMAI and Transformational Leadership, ISB Hyderabad.

Kavita sings Gurbaani (devotional), Sindhi folk (kalaams), Sufi and Bhajans. Proficient in playing the harmonium
and tanpura, she performs live at charity events to raise funds.  Her aim is to promote Sindhi music, art and
culture. She is currently using the lockdown productively to learn reading and writing her mother tongue, Sindhi
through a global online program conducted by Vishwa Sindhu Sewa Sangam, a leading non profit organisation.
