We would like to create a scraper / program or need to be able to scrape certain details
from a website.

For the picture below, we have used an example address of:

10 BELLS ROAD NEWLYN NORTH 3364

We only need results for pieces of land that return results for “Crown Description”
Or contain information for “Crown Description”

The below description can be found by entering an address into the search bar and then
pressing “identify property” button.

Property containing crown allotments:

To help return desired results either of the following criteria needs to be met:

1. Address / Lot needs to contain a “Crown Description”

2. Address / Lot needs to contain “Allotment” value of 1 or greater
3. Address / Lot needs to contain SPI with value in descriptor “~” (if that symbol is in
SPI description)

If the Address / Lot does not contain any of the above, we do not need the results.

We do not have any information to input (such as an address database).

If possible, we want to know if the database can be scraped or results returned for the
criteria in the list above.

Output File Integration with Realestate.com.au

We would like the results of the program to be searched directly onto “realestate.com.au”
to see if any of the properties are currently for sale

If this is not possible via database upload or API – that is fine, please let us know.
