Operation Guidelines for Gas Auto Sampling System

Trước khi tiến hành công việc phải liên lạc với CCR để Stop hệ thống lấy mẫu từ CCR.

Contact CCR to stop the online Receiver before removing it.

1. Thay bình lấy mẫu(Receiver).

Changing the Receiver:
 Đóng 2 van tay trên Receiver và tiến hành kiểm tra trạng thái các van theo bảng bên dưới
 Close 2 hand valves on the Receiver and check the status for those valves as the table below:

 Tiến hành xã áp suất trong 2 flexible hole (gas sample inlet và Pre charge): Mở van S1,S2,P2
(Train B mở van S3,S4,P4) sau đó đóng các van này lại và lấy bình Receiver.
 Release the pressure in 2 flexible holes (including gas sample inlet and Pre-charge): Open
valves S1, S2, P2 (Train B opens valves S3, S4, P4) after that close those valves and take out
the Receiver.
2. Lắp bình lấy mẫu Receiver.
Fitting the Receiver:
 Tiến hành kết nối bình với 2 flexible hole (gas sample inlet và Pre charge), phải đảm bảo
flexible hole và Receiver đã được kết nối chắc chắn.
 Connect the Receiver with 2 flexible holes (including Gas sample inlet and Pre – charge),
ensure that the flexible holes and Receiver are connected well.
 Kiểm tra trạng thái các van theo bảng bên dưới
 Check the valve status as the table below:

 Tiến hành mở từ từ 2 van tay trên bình Receiver [Chú ý mở van tay ở dưới bình (đường
Argon gas supply )trước sau đó mới mở van tay trên bình.]
 Open slowly 2 hand valves on the Receiver (please open the Receiver’s hand valve
underneath (Argon gas supply) before opening the hand valve on the Receiver)
 Kiểm tra áp suất của Argon gas từ Regulator bên ngoài tủ(áp suất khoảng 135bar).
 Check the pressure of Argon gas from Regulator outside the Cabinet (the pressure is
approximately 135 bar)
  Liên lạc với CCR để Start hệ thống lấy mẫu hoạt động.
 Contact with CCR to re-start the system
3. Xả khí trong bình.
Releasing the gas inside the Receiver:
 Khi xã khí trong bình mà không cần thay bình thì tiến hành kiểm tra trạng thái các van theo
bảng sau.
 When releasing the gas inside the Receiver without changing it, check the valve status as the
table below:

 Khi xã áp suất trong bình thì mở từ từ van S2 (train B: S4). Sau đó khôi phục lại theo bảng số 2
 When releasing the pressure inside the Receiver, open gradually valve S2 (train B: S4). After
that, bring back the status as in table 2
