A. PHAÏM VI COÂNG VIEÄC:/ SCOPE OF WORK:

Laép ñaët vaùch Panel vaø phuï kieän/ Installation of panel walls and auxiliary equipment
B. TAØI LIEÄU THI COÂNG:/ CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION:
- Baûn veõ thieát keá vaø thi coâng/ Design and construction drawings.
- Hôïp ñoàng baùo giaù coâng trình/ Contract of construction price.
C. QUY TRÌNH THI COÂNG/ CONSTRUCTION PROCESS:
1. Khảo sát lên phương án thi công/ Survey for the construction plan
2. Cắt tole và đổ bê tông cho chân cơ mới/ Cut the tole and pour concrete for new kicker
3. Tháo diềm mái/ Remove the roof edge
4. Lắp U kẽm chân Panel/ Install the U-shape plate of the bottom panel
5. Định vị, gia cố pas Z (15x5x2cm) vào tấm Panel/ check axis, installation pas z - shape plates
6. Lắp Panel tấm dưới/ Install the bottom plate
7. Lắp H nhôm vị trí nối/ Install the H aluminum jointing position
8. Lắp Panel tấm trên/ Install the upper plate Panel
9. Lắp diềm hoàn thiện/ Install the completing edge
10. Vệ sinh, sơn dặm tại các vị trí trầy nặng/ Cleaning, painting miles in places heavily

- Vieäc laép ñaët phaûi ñaûm baûo yeâu caàu kyõ thuaät/ Installation must ensure technical requirements

- Ñaûm baûo yeâu caàu thaåm myõ cao/ Ensuring high aesthetic requirements

I. CHUAÅN BÒ / PREPARATION:
1. Maët baèng/ Plan:
- Tröôùc khi laép, phaûi kieåm tra maët neàn, maët vaùch phaûi ñaûm baûo theo yeâu caàu baûn veõ thieát keá,
yeâu caàu chænh söûa kòp thôøi neáu phaùt hieän coù söï sai leäch/ Before installation, the ground surface
must be checked, the wall surface must ensure that according to the design drawing requirements,
prompt correction is required if deviation is detected.
- Kieåm tra chieàu daøi, ñoä cao cuûa khung nhaø coù phuø hôïp vôùi ñoä cao phuû bì khoâng. Neáu khoâng,
baùo ngay cho khaùch haøng ñoàng thôøi baùo ngöôøi phuï traùch coâng trình giaûi quyeát/ Check the
length, the height of the frame is suitable for the coverage height? If not, report immediately to
the customer and at the same time notify the person in charge of the site.

- Dọn vệ sinh mặt bằng công trường/ Site cleaning

- Bố trí vị trí đặt container, mặt bằng thi công công trường/ Arranging the location of the
container, the plan construction of the site
- Tập kết vật tư, thiết bị máy móc, nhân lực phục vụ thi công công trình/ Gathering
materials, equipment, machinery and human resources for the construction of the project
- Veà cô baûn coâng trình trieån khai thi coâng theo phöông phaùp cuoán chieáu. Do vaäy vieäc boá trí
toång maët baèng coâng tröôøng, ñöôøng vaän chuyeån vaät lieäu maùy moùc thieát bò, nhaân löïc trong từng
giai đoạn cụ thể nhằm tránh sự chồng chéo, cản trở trong thi công/ Basically, the work is
implemented according to successive construction method. Therefore, the arrangement of the
site, the road for transporting materials, equipment, and manpower in each specific period is
aimed at avoiding overlaps and obstacles in construction.
2. Nguồn điện/ Power source:
- Đấu nối vào nguồn điện của chủ đầu tư theo hướng dẫn của ban quản lý dự án/ Plug into the
power source of the investor according to the instructions of the project management board
3. Maùy moùc thieát bò thi coâng/ Construction equipments:
- Tời kéo để kéo dựng panel/ Winch to assemble panel
- Xe nâng người, cao độ làm việc 20m và thang/ forklift truck, ladder (work at the height 20m)
- Dây cứu sinh/ Lifeline safety rope
- Dây an toàn/ Safety rope
- Dây thừng để kéo panel/ Rope to pull panel
- Kế hoạch sử dụng thiết bị được xây dựng căn cứ theo phương án tổ chức công trường, tiến độ
thi công và khả năng huy động thiết bị của Nhà Thầu/ Equipment usage plan is built according
to the construction site organization plan, construction progress and the contractor's ability to
mobilize equipment.
- Các dụng cụ thi công: dây điện, máy cắt panel, máy khoan, máy cắt cầm tay, kéo cắt tôn, máy
bắn vít, súng bắn silicon/ Construction tools: wires, panel cutters, drills, hand cutters, shears,
screwdrivers, silicon shotguns.
4. Panel & caùc phuï kieän/ Panel & auxiliary equipment:
4.1 Kieåm tra panel/ Checking panel:
- Phaûi kieåm tra soá löôïng & qui caùch ghi treân töøng taám panel vaø ñöa vaøo ñuùng vò trí chuaån bò
laép/ Must check the quantity & specifications written on each panel and put in the correct
position to prepare for filling
- Veä sinh caét goït ba via caùc beà maët tieáp xuùc cuûa panel ñeå ñaûm baûo khe hôû khi laép. Caùc beà maët
panel khoâng ñöôïc traày xöôùc naëng, neáu coù phaûi ñeå rieâng vaø baùo caùo ngay cho ngöôøi phuï traùch
coâng trình./ Clean trim through the contact surfaces of the panel to ensure a gap when
mounting. Panel surfaces should not be heavily scratched, if any, separate and report to the
person in charge immediately.
4.2 Kieåm tra caùc phuï kieän/ Check auxiliary equipment:
- Kieåm tra soá löôïng caùc thanh goùc trong vaø ngoaøi, rivet, silicone, sealant. thanh u, dieàm, ñinh
vít coù ñuùng vaø ñuû khoâng./ Check the number of inner and outer corner bars, rivet, silicone,
sealant
II. LAÉP ÑAËT/ INSTALLATION:
1. Laép panel/ Panel Installing:

- Laép tôøi taïi xaø goà C treân cuøng, tôøi keùo taûi troïng treân 300kg/ Installing winch at the top C-Shape
Purlin (pull >300kg)
- Sử dụng tời kéo cột vào 1/3 tấm, hộp gia cố khi dựng tránh gãy tấm/ Use the winch to pull the
column on 1/3 of the plate, use the reinforcement avoiding broken plate
- Luoân ñaûm baûo khe hôû 2 gôø tole giöõa 2 taám panel töø 3 ~ 5mm./ Always ensure a gap of 2 tole
edges between 2 panels from 3 - 5mm,
- Caùc khoùa camlock (neáu coù) ñeàu ñöôïc sieát chaët./ Camlock locks (if any) are tightened
- Thöôøng xuyeân kieåm tra ñoä thaúng vaø vuoâng goùc cuûa panel./ Regularly check panel straightness
and perpendicularity.
- Duøng vít daøi 100mm coù naép chuïp, baén vò trí giöõa taám, khoaûn caùch 2,4m/ Use a 100mm screw
with a cover, shoot at the center of the plate, a distance of 2.4m.
- Vieäc laép töôøng ñöôïc baét ñaàu laép töø goùc trôû ñi. Sau khi laép ñöôïc töø 3 ñeán 5 taám panel phaûi
kieåm tra toång chieàu daøi ñeå hieäu chænh caân baèng chieàu daøi kòp thôøi./ Wall mounting is started

- Chaân panel töôøng ñöôïc baén rivet ñònh vò vaøo xaø goà khoaûng 300mm/con./ Bottom panel are

Xöû lyù panel khoâng ñaït yeâu caàu chaát löôïng:/ Solving unsatisfactory panel quality:
- Tröôøng hôïp khe hôû 2 gôø tole giöõa 2 taám panel lôùn hôn (6mm), coù theå khaéc phuïc baèng caùch
baøo nheï 2 gôø aâm döông töông öùng ( giaûm 3mm)./ In case the gap of 2 tole edges between 2
panels is larger (6mm), it can be overcome by lightly brushing 2 corresponding yin and yang
edges (down 3 mm)
- Neáu khe hôû >8mm, hoaëc traày xöôùc naëng, vv..., caàn baùo caùo laïi ngöôøi phuï traùch coâng trình./ If
the clearance is> 8mm, or heavy scratches, etc., should be reported to the person in charge of
the site
- Söû duïng silicone laøm kín caùc khe/ Use silicone to seal the slots
2. Laép caùc phuï kieän/ Installing auxiliary equipment:

- Laép caùc phuï kieän ñuû soá löôïng, chuûng loaïi vaø ñuùng vò trí theo baûn veõ thieát keá/ Assemble
auxiliary equipment with the right quantity, type and position according to the design
drawings.
- Tröôøng hôïp coù yù kieán cuûa khaùch haøng veà soá löôïng, chuûng loaïi, vò trí laép ñaët caùc phuï kieän kho,
caàn phaûn aûnh ngay veà cho ngöôøi phuï traùch coâng trình ñeå xöû lyù/ In case of customers'
comments on the quantity, type and location of installation of warehouse accessories, it is
necessary to immediately report them to the person in charge of the project for handling.

III. HOAØN THIEÄN NGHIEÄM THU VAØ BAØN GIAO:/ COMPLETING ACCEPTANCE TEST
AND HANDING OVER
- Gôû lôùp maøn PE baûo veä panel (neáu coù), toång veä sinh toaøn boä./ Remove the pe curtain to protect
the panel (if any), clean the whole thing
- Sôn daëm laïi caùc vò trí panel bò traày naëng./ Repainting of scratched panel positions
D. CHAÁT LÖÔÏNG THI COÂNG:/ CONSTRUCTION QUALITY:

- Vaät tö thieát bò cung caáp cho coâng trình seõ tuaân thuû caùc yeâu caàu kyõ thuaät thieát keá. Vieäc thay ñoåi
vaät tö thieát bò phaûi ñöôïc Nhaø thaàu ñeà xuaát vaø ñöôïc söï ñoàng yù pheâ duyeät cuûa ñaïi dieän Chuû ñaàu
tö tröôùc khi ñöa vaøo laép ñaët taïi coâng trình./ Supplies and equipment provided for the project will
comply with the technical design requirements. The change of materials and equipment must be
proposed by the Contractor and approved by the Investor's representative before being installed
at the site.

- Chaát löôïng thi coâng treân coâng trình ñöôïc kieåm soaùt qua töøng caáp. tröôùc heát moïi coâng nhaân
tham gia thi coâng ñeàu phaûi chòu traùch nhieäm veà chaát löôïng cuûa caùc haïng muïc coâng vieäc do
mình thi coâng, caùc toå tröôûng, giaùm saùt phaûi chòu traùch nhieäm ñaûm baûo chaát löôïng veà coâng
vieäc mình thöïc hieän./ The construction quality on the site is controlled through each level,
first of all, all workers involved in the construction are responsible for the quality of the work
items they do, the team leaders and supervisors are responsible for ensuring the quality of
their work.
- Giaùm saùt coâng trình cuûa Nhaø thaàu luoân coù maët taïi coâng trình seõ kieåm tra ñaûm baûo vieäc trieån
khai tuaân theo Soå tay giaùm saùt coâng trình, chaát löôïng laép ñaët taïi coâng trình & giaûi quyeát moïi
vöôùng maéc kyõ thuaät xaûy ra trong khi thi coâng./ Contractor's construction supervision, always
present at the construction site, will check to ensure that the implementation complies with the

problems occurring during construction.
E. VAÄT TÖ & DUÏNG CUÏ THI COÂNG:/ CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL & TOOLS:
- Caùc vaät tö, thieát bò coù yeâu caàu nghieäm thu hoaëc kieåm tra xaùc nhaän tröôùc khi laép ñaët seõ ñöôïc
ñöôïc ñöa vaøo coâng trình sau khi coù vaên baûn xaùc nhaän hoaëc pheâ duyeät cuûa Ñaïi dieän Chuû Ñaàu
tö./ Materials and equipment that require acceptance or verification before filling will be put
into the construction work after receiving written confirmation or approval from the investor's
representative.
- Thieát bò khi ñöa ñeán coâng tröôøng seõ ñöôïc môû thuøng kieåm tra theo soá löôïng baûn keâ chi tieát ñoùng
haøng vaø soá löôïng thöïc teá cuøng vôùi chi tieát caùc boä phaän, phuï kieän vaø taøi lieäu duïng cuï ñi keøm.
Sau khi kieåm tra xong neáu chöa ñöa vaøo vò trí laép ñaët ngay thì chuùng toâi seõ coù bieän phaùp che
chaén baûo veä thieát bò./ Equipment, when delivered to the site, will be opened with a check box
according to the number of packing details and the actual quantity along with details of parts,
accessories and accompanying tooling documents. After the inspection is complete, if we have
not put in the installation location immediately, we will take measures to protect the equipment.
- Thieát bò, duïng cuï thi coâng bao goàm: thöôùc ño, maùy haøn, maùy khoan, maùy caét, keàm baám rivet,
daøn giaùo…/ Construction equipment and tools include: measuring ruler, welding machine,
drilling machine, cutting machine, rivet nippers, scaffolding…
F. AN TOAØN TRONG THI COÂNG/ SAFETY IN CONSTRUCTION
- Caùn boä giaùm saùt an toaøn luoân coù maët taïi coâng trình ñeå giaùm saùt & nhaéc nhôû vieäc tuaân thuû noäi
quy an toaøn. Treo baûng bieåu löu yù ñaày ñuû bao goàm: Noäi quy coâng trình, An toaøn laø treân heát,
Caám huùt thuoác, Chuù yù nguy hieåm treân cao…/ Safety supervisors are always present at the site to
monitor & remind compliance with safety rules. Hang up a full notice board including:
Construction rules, Safety first, No smoking, Pay attention to danger at high altitude ...
- Ñaûm baûo an toaøn PCCC: Caám huùt thuoác tuyeät ñoái trong khu vöïc thi coâng kho laïnh / Ensure fire
safety: Absolutely no smoking in the cold storage area
- Nhaân vieân thi coâng phaûi tuaân thuû taát caû caùc noäi quy an toaøn Coâng trình qui ñònh: ñaûm baûo ñaày
ñuû giaøy, noùn baûo hoä, daây ñeo an toaøn…/ The construction staff must comply with all the safety
rules. ensure adequate shoes, helmets, and seat belts,…

- Thieát bò thi coâng: maùy haøn, maùy khoan, maùy caét phaûi ñöôïc kieåm tra vaø daùn tem kieåm ñònh bôûi
giaùm saùt Chuû ñaàu tö. / Construction equipment of drilling machinery and cutting machine must be
inspected and searched by investor's supervision.
